Welcome to our charming vacation rental! Located in New Lisbon, Wi., our vacation home is the perfect home away from home for your next getaway. This 5 -bedroom home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. The home features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. You can relax on the upper deck while taking in the beautiful views of Beach Lake.

* DINING ROOM - Table holds 6, 8 or 10 people, just waiting for wonderful family and friend breakfasts and dinners.

* KITCHEN - Welcome to our luxurious vacation rental, where the heart of the home is the kitchen. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-notch amenities to make your culinary experience truly exceptional. Fully equipped with new GE Profile appliances, 5 burner gas stove with air fryer oven. French Door Refrigerator with water and ice in door. (We have very tasty water.)  Large kitchen island seats 6 people.

The room safe is in closet and all windows have top down/bottom up, rooming darkening shades. (Sleep in late, you're on vacation!) Additional bedding in closet. * BEDROOM #2 Main Floor - Queen size bed, 43 in. smart TV, modern door chest, closet w/hangers, USB ports by bed, suitcase stand with hamper, with lakeview. Additional bedding in closet. Window shades are room darkening, sleep in late, you're on vacation! Shares a bathroom with bedroom #3. * OUTDOOR SCREENED IN PORCH - Just steps outside the basement walkout slider is your screened in sectional conversational area. Can double as an eating area if needed.

* 7-PERSON HOT TUB - After a day of fun Wisconsin activities find your own personal oasis for escape from work and stress. Just unwind and relax in our 7-person hot tub, just steps outside the basement door. Each bathroom has 2 spa robes & beach towels to use.

Window shades are room darkening, sleep in late, you're on vacation! This bedroom has a desk and can be used as an office. Shares 3rd bathroom with bedroom #4. * LAUNDRY ROOM/PRIVATE AREA - Front load washer and dryer are there for your use. The iron, ironing board and steamer are there in case you need them. Wall mounted folding table is in laundry room, can double if needed as a private office area desk, with bar stool.

* GARAGE - Weber Grill and Blackstone are in the garage, just pull them out into the drive, extra table provided for cooking and nice and close to kitchen. Summertime toys are found in the garage and racks are cleared in the winter to store all your snowmobile gear. 

The whole house and garage are for your use, we only have a few locking cabinets, one hall closet and utility room we store our items in. We have prepared this house as we would love to live in, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Parking in garage, driveway and if needed on side of street (Beach Cottage) don't park on 37th. Lots of fun ways to get around in New Lisbon, Germantown & Mauston, UTV, ATV, Snowmobile and Boat! Loads of trails to enjoy, check local rules. Don't forget it's also a hiking and biking paradise.

The Castle Rock Area also offers a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions for you to explore during your stay. Beach Lake in New Lisbon is a small beach front community in Wisconsin.
